Check in was not friendly, room was just ok. Stayed 2 nights and people across from our room were very loud and kept slamming the door until late at night.

We checked in a bit late at night and when we got to our room, it was warm and humid even though the air was on the lowest setting. We called the front desk right away and they sent maintenance up within 10 mins. A quick clean of the filters and the air was working good as new! The view of the arch at night was beautiful! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. My only real complaint was the bathroom floor. Solid hotel. Good location if interested in downtown St Louis activities. Not the best amenities. Nothing really near the hotel. Convenient and good if staying for purpose. I was in town for a concert at the Dome. Wish there was a shuttle.or some transportation service available all year. Staff could have been a little more friendly

We showed up underneath an hour before check in and charged us an extra $30 to check in. Our view was of the roof from the lobby. It was five feet from our window
