The hotel was clean and roomwas large. Convenient location to downtown St. Louis.
Room with a view of the river and Arch Guest Service Reps were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel which isn't in the safest feeling area, but security seemed to be important to the owners/managers, so that was good. The hotel looked and felt clean. The carpet in our guest room though... YUCK! I inspect rooms (as a former GM of hotels), it was pretty good... just needs some updates and carpets cleaned. The view was beautiful!

Our trip for a couple of St. Louis Cardinal games which we stayed at Casino Queen. Staff very friendly and helpful. rooms nice, place clean and very easy to get to Cardinal games from the Queen.
The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoy going to the casino. Upon arriving the ladies at tthe front desk were very pleasant and inviting me in, I would recommend family and friends to stay here and I would stay there. Thank you fei your hospitality ☺️😀
This was great for and overnight stay. The casino was good enough to pass the time. Good bar bites and drinks.
Parking is wack.
The hotel location was perfect to the venue. The hotel even offered shuttle service to and from the Cardinals stadium which was a plus. The towels and sheets were very clean but the rug in the room was disturbing and needs to pulled up. Outside of that the room was nice and the view was great of the bridge and arch. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Dated but clean. Walk about 10 feet to casino to get coffee/food. Across parking lot is Metro. Will stay agian! Always felt safe.
