The carpet in room was badly stained. Front desk not very helpful. Card in room stated all the things you could get at front desk, but when asked for something was told they didn't have it and didn't say where i could get it.Â

The carpet, the bedding and the furniture was stained and damaged. The reception staff were friendly, kind and welcoming, a credit to the hotel.Â
