The hotel was clean and had great security measures in place so only the patrons had access to the elevators and night entry with their key cards. We came from a large city so even though the surroundings were noisy we still slept great. Plenty of towels, just right amount for us.

I stayed for the RandB tour and it was close to concert location it was safe and the young ladies working the front desk were very nice and very helpful if ever in St Louis I would stay again

Had an amazing stay! Used the shuttle to the cardinals game! Would’ve used it for the blues game, but I had already purchased a parking pass. Overall comfy beds, clean rooms, very cold a/c and the staff was excellent help checking in or if I needed anything! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again!

The require a $100 deposit at hotel with the reservations name, no documentation of that prior and the front desk staff were extremely rude about the matter when we asked to use the second guest card. The documents printed on paper did not state matching either. We checked on around 4pm

Check-in staff was rude. Upon entry into the lobby, I stood in the cue line until one of the two reps at the counter made eye contact for me to step forward. I was the only person in the lobby. When she did, I stepped to the counter and presented my Driver's License. As I did I said "Hello, how are you? I'm here to check in. I made a reservation online. Here is my Driver's License."
