Nice stay in 100 degree heat, good cool air conditioning. Only issue was with tv not getting good reception

Chose an arch/Riverview room and did not regret it. Beautiful views. The parking lot is well lit, and there are cameras. Staff could have been friendly upon check-in, or with answering questions. The toilet in our room was not bolted down to the floor, so it was a hazard for anyone who might’ve been staying with small children. Overall, it was a good location and right near the metro train that takes you to events.

Liked free parking and access to casino food/drinks. Good access to St. Louis attractions. Extra large room. Linens were good. No ventilation in bathroom. Bedside electric outlets minimal

We were in town for a ball game with some friends and family. Our room was surprisingly big and very clean. Our only complaint was the pool was out of order.

The counter/front desk staff I had contact with were fine. No issues... However, our bed sheets were stained and there was hair in them when we pulled them back that wasn't ours! That's DISGUSTING! Stained and spiled sheets shoukd be discarded! Nor should there be hair in the bed that belongs to anyone other than the new renter/occupant. Thank God I travel with cleaning products and my own sheets! I used products from my business that contain a stabilized chlorine dioxide to kill as many potential germs as I could.
