Nice and convenient place to stay.
Rooms need deep cleaning more often and rooms also need renovated. Security is a great bonus.
We loved the location on the river and the view of the downtown area of the Arch. But the carpet in our room needed to either be cleaned or replaced.
Front desk attendants for both, check in and check out, were kind and courteous. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable.
The lady who checked me was great and super nice. Free parking is always a plus with security. Across the river from The Gateway Arch
Great view of the river and the arch. Super easy access to the MetroLink train.
We have stayed here before several times, feel that the property is decent, however, the staff when we checked in were not very friendly. It was like I bothered them when I asked a couple questions. Room was clean, but you can see the wear & tear on the room.
lots of trash outside every where and im not just talking about what you put in the dumpsters! watch your back at night! The staff was nice though
