The coffee maker was broken. The refrigerator was turned up too high and my drinks were frozen solid the next morning. Noticed a heavy smell of pot in the halls. It was okay for the money.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was phenomenal in more ways than one! Very comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy.

The proximity to public transportation, a free sports shuttle to Busch Stadium, and the free parking is what attracted us to the hotel and that proved to be available and we appreciated that. The hotel itself was ok... the room was spacious and had a huge picture window that looked out to the river and the Arch. It's the little things like a big wad of hair that had been overlooked and left under the bathroom vanity that was a turnoff.

Most of the staff was fine, but on our last day the person at the front desk forced us out of the pool early. She insisted that it closed an hour earlier than it actually did even though the hours are clearly posted. Sent a complaint to the owners and did not receive any acknowledgement. Found garbage from previous guests when we checking the room for stuff we missed while packing. One of the elevators had the same dropped fortune from a filortine cookie in the corner for the 5 days we were there. Will not stay there again.
