The hotel is in a good location right off the highway. Casino is fine. River view room view was great and so interesting to watch the river and arch! The room def needs updating and a cleaning. The carpet was absolutely gross with a huge stain on the floor. No excuse for having guests stay in the room we stayed in.

I was a little hesitant on this property after reviews but it wasn't bad at all! The staff was very friendly. The carpets were a bit worn, but the room was clean and large. It was a very convenient location to the downtown St. Louis area. It was only a 5 to 10 minute car ride across the bridge to all the fun things St. Louis has to offer. We stayed there with my family, including kids, and had no complaints at all

Staff on check in were very nice and friendly, I guess that would be 2nd shift. 3rd shift not so friendly. It would have been nice to have fresh coffee available.
