It was clean and rooms were large. Great location-short drive to Arch or public transportation close. Bed was comfortable.

Room with a view of the river and Arch Guest Service Reps were friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel which isn't in the safest feeling area, but security seemed to be important to the owners/managers, so that was good. The hotel looked and felt clean. The carpet in our guest room though... YUCK! I inspect rooms (as a former GM of hotels), it was pretty good... just needs some updates and carpets cleaned. The view was beautiful!

Our trip for a couple of St. Louis Cardinal games which we stayed at Casino Queen. Staff very friendly and helpful. rooms nice, place clean and very easy to get to Cardinal games from the Queen.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoy going to the casino. Upon arriving the ladies at tthe front desk were very pleasant and inviting me in, I would recommend family and friends to stay here and I would stay there. Thank you fei your hospitality ☺️😀
