Rooms need deep cleaning more often and rooms also need renovated. Security is a great bonus.

We loved the location on the river and the view of the downtown area of the Arch. But the carpet in our room needed to either be cleaned or replaced.

lots of trash outside every where and im not just talking about what you put in the dumpsters! watch your back at night! The staff was nice though

Great view;Easy transit;Free park;Needs2BeCleaner We loved the view of the river and arch! It's one of the nicest locations to view the arch. Free parking was great! Saw a security car patrolling the parking areas regularly and felt reasonably safe on the premises, even though East St Louis area is very run down. Easy access to the Metro and only 2 stops to the convention center. Housekeeping service needs improvement. Heavily stained carpets, thick dust on headboard.
