A little dated but clean and very nice staff
In my experience the best part of this hotel is the location wish was perfect for us because is in front of a metro stop great for event in Downtown STL. The property is very old and need a major renovation, room are big with great view to the arch and Downtown skyline. It was clean but bed if pretty hard and there is not much amenities at room and the hotel in general. They dont have breakfast and the nigth rate was pricey
The Rooms were big and accommodated 4 persons .The hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. Those carpets need to be replaced like yesterday .The Staff were friendly,helpful and polite. Great location to the metro station. Special Thanks to Jackie the night manager who assisted My group with getting a taxi to the airport very early in the morning to make our flight.Taxis were very hard to find at that hour but she continued trying until she was successful .She stayed with Us until the Taxi came made sure all our baggage was load... read more
Great nights stay. The Hotel staff was friendly and the casino is nice. Good restaurants and options. Clean room with great view!
