There's no nighttime receptionist. Several items in a room were broken.
Very welcoming Staff and clean facilities
Pros: Rooms were clean. Had a fridge. The view of the arch was nice. No smoking in the casino! Great restaurants in the casino but pricey. Bed was comfortable. Nice park walking distance from hotel with a great view of the river, arch, and courthouse. Cons: No microwave. Windows need cleaning. Train right outside window and they start early. The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the hallway and woke us up. This went on for hours.
The clerk that checked us in was great and was very helpful.
