Surprise: You Bought a Lemon I purchased this to be a simple PDF scanner. However, it is not user friendly, not-plug and play, and comes with an antiquated user interface. The scanner program does not seem capatiable with Windows 10 even while they claim it is. There are stability issues that prevent saving of PDF files or preview functions. Techinical supports response is to reinstall drivers and shrug shoulders. I would not recommend this.
Description is TOTAL Lie The description claims this scan can scan documents up to 32 inches long. This is a total lie. it can't even scan a 20 inch document.
Disappointing Scanner worked great for first five months now wont even turns on. What a disappointment.
Scanner issues or is it me? Maybe it's me, but every time I go to scan something. It doesn't show up anywhere. Since I don't scan stuff everyday, it sorta hit or miss for me. I'm just upset I can't return it. This is the first thing I bought from Amazon that I'm not happy with.
Very Disappointed! I bought this for my college son and he said it doesn't work well at all! Very Disappointed!
Not for me.....on the way back Copies were so poor that I was often unable to read the text and numbers.
so it was totally useless. Documents would not feed through while scanning, so it was totally useless.
