Not Compatible w/ masOS v 10.14.1 (Mojave) I was very excited to receive this scanner - and based off of the other reviews expected setup to be a breeze. Unfortunately the software driver for the scanner is not supported for macOS v 10.14.1 (Mojave). It is compatible with macOS v 10.14, but not with the most recent upgrade. Jams up a lot Was disappointed with this scanner. I bought it for the price but I should have spent more because you get what you pay for. It jams up every time I use it.

Garbage. Jams constantly no matter how careful you are inserting the sheet. Interface is awkward to use. USB connector is too loose and easily disconnects from the advice, usually in the middle of scanning something. Poorly built. Only thing it does well is hold my garbage can down. Not worth half the price.

Malfunction Issue What a waste of money!! I received this item 2 days ago and I keep getting this black background on all my receipts even the big A4 size ones have this black edges around that looks horrible. I wish i would have seen a review like this before I purchased this. I was told by a live chat assistant that my scanner have a malfunction problem but i do not live in the US and so i cannot get another scanner. So I'm doomed with a malfunction scanner. Does not work with Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra Tried for 3 hours to get this to work. Returning it. Software is terrible.

More difficult than it needs to be... (Mac OS) I ended up returning the product due to the software installation process. Tried to install the drivers per the online instructions without avail, a product such as this should be easier to connect without having to go through such installation hoops. The hardware looks solid, but without the software the product is useless and does not scan.

sucks you barely touch the usb cord and it disconnects from your computer. it also does not scan really log receipts (when its too long, it thinks the paper is jammed). also when you scan a document, it discolors the edges brown

Won't Work with MacBook Mac owners beware!! It would not work consistently with my MacBook. I installed everything multiple times and each time I got a message that said the scanner could not be found. I got it to work for about 20 minutes after fighting with it for about 5 hours. It worked with an old Lenovo laptop of mine and the scans looked clear and great overall on my Lenovo and when it briefly worked with my Mac.

Incompatibility with receipt filing software Scanner worked fine but the receipt software(which comes from a 3rd party) COULD NOT CONNECT from computer to scanner. I spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn't make it work. The compatibility of the filing software and your computer is critical. I returned the scanner. Using a Mac.
