Absolutely TERRIBLE! Seriously, do NOT waste your money OR your valuable time! Absolutely believe the negative reviews. We're VERY tech-savvy and capable; this scanner simply doesn't work as advertised. Not on USB and DEFINITELY not on WiFi. Gave up on that after two hours of it dropping the connection to the scanner repeatedly. Then tried USB; scanner just wouldn't stay connected. Reported paper jams when there weren't any. Flaky operation Very disappointed with the Brother DS-940DW. I had high expectations, but the scanner would turn off after 5 consecutive scans, would fail with a paper jam error message every time I scanned a legal size page, and scans came out slightly skewed no matter what. It wasn't particularly difficult to set up with a Mac, but the scanning software is basic.

Does not work with Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) Don't buy if you have Mac or iPhone. Probably it works well under Linux or Windows. I am a Mac user, and I was forced to return it.
Dead on arrival Dead on arrival. Battery wouldn't charge. Wouldn't connect / enumerate to a PC over USB. I'm appreciating Amazon's responsive return policy right about now.

Utter Garbage Don’t Buy Seriously Run First off if you have an iPhone just walk away…… Like seriously don’t even think about it.
