This device is horrible. It should have NEGATIVE STARS I'm sure Brother doesn't even look at these reviews, but if they do, you guys should be ashamed of the product you've produced. I previously used a brother DSMobile 620 with a Windows PC. When I went from Windows to Mac, the old scanner wasn't supported. So, I "upgraded". I had the 620 for years and was happy with it. Not much of a product This is probably one of my worst Amazon purchases. Did not work wirelessly (error feeding the paper and error for the SD card). Called Brother for assistance, they essentially told me this was an old unit and they would replace it for free. I got a second one - worked as bad as the first. You have to hold the cover down so the paper feeds properly and forget about the wireless piece. Works fine plugged into the computer - but having to hold the cover down is a joke.
Not a good product Ordered the scanner in March, and the scanning port where you plug it into the computer no longer works.
Save yourself the made in China disappointment . Junk This product is a huge disappointment read instructions over and over did everything down to the tee it wouldn’t even scan a simple receipt. I’m will be sending it back to amazon . Nothing should be this difficult to install.
Brother - Never ever. No warranty, even if it has one. I purchased this scanner a bit under a year ago and it stopped working. The issue I had, was that it stopped scanning. No scanning or anything, even when connected. At that point I decided to call Customer service. In order to contact someone from customer service, it took me 4 days of calling. Waste of money-cant work it I cant get my laptop or my desktop to connect to this thing either with a cable or WiFi. It is worthless to me
