Helpful Assistance I left something behind in the room and when I got to the train and noticed it was missing I called the El Dorado who sent someone immediately to the room and found it. A friend was still at the the facility and arrangements were made for them to pick it up.

Great Hotel… downtown Reno has seen better days .. the city needs to really create a better atmosphere downtown… they have let it get rundown…
