Very Good The heater didn’t work but they came and fixed it fairly quickly.

It was fun but glad to be home. Only half the escalators works, only two elevators were operating. Most of the restaurant weren't open. The staff was very short tempered and rude. It's was in a great location.

Central Beds were not comfortable and while we booked two queens we ended up with two full size beds. Central location close to a lot of great restaurants and activities.

Good They did not clean our room. When I checked to see why they indicated I opted out. I was not asked at check in if I did or did not want housekeeping. They didn't take any responsibility for it possibly being their mistake. The desk clerk did not offer any assistance, I had to ask for additional towels. She indicated housekeeping would deliver them shortly. After waiting 20 minutes I called the front desk and this time I was treated better and they indicated towels would be delivered shortly. It was a great stay. Room was clean and staff was great The only bad thing is that it’s just an older hotel is all. That everything you needed was right there in the Row.

Price gouging dampened overall experience We were told room, very overpriced, had a few. Only thing we could see was Silver Legacy dome and filthy roof top with all kinds of equipment if Reno doesn’t take a listen from Vegas overcharging for everything it will end up with severely decreased attendance. We will not be back until prices become reasonable. Charging for parking when we spent over 300 for one night is greed personified Overpriced 41 dollars at Starbucks for two small drinks and sandwiches is way too much.
