This was our first overnight stay in Reno, ever. We could not have chosen better. What a beautiful hotel with great staff. KRYSTAL checked us in. She was professional and accommodating. What a welcome. The room is gorgeous and overlooks the famous Reno arch. So comfortable, too. We'll be back.

Upon check-in, I learned the room I booked was under renovation and staff let me know that it was no longer available but would upgrade me to a corner suite at no extra charge. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful and the upgraded room was lovely.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room was hot. The AC didn’t work. The shower wasn’t great either.
