I would stay here again as it is a great location in Reno Bed was comfy and we had a amazing view from the 22nd floor.

Great place to stay in reno Room was older, bathroom was small. Elevators in parking garage were broken. Elevators for hotel were extremely slow (10 minute wait) during peak hours. Phone in room was broken. Very friendly staff. Delicious coffee and dessert at Sips coffee shop. Great martinis and live music at Roxy's lounge. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness and upgrades made up for it. One bad incident at a restaurant next door (El Jefe) where they were understaffed and 2 out of 10 of us never got our food. The manager comped the meal, but was very unprofessional. Needs to go to training. Very comfortable room and facilities. Ease transportation to the bowling tournament.

Overpriced Rollaway was lumpy and had springs sticking thru. Hurt my neck bad sleeping on it. Good view and main bed was comfortable
