Room seemed very clean; staff were helpful for what we needed, but nothing stellar. Except for the Asian woman serving at the coffee and pastry counter near the lobby in the mezzanine. This was Thursday morning 10/23, around 9am— she was amazing, friendly, and went above and beyond. She deserves to be recognized for exceptional service! Also, the elevators for getting to the parking levels was malfunctioning.

Room was clean but we asked for a non smoking room and it clearly had been smoke it at some point as it stunk of cigarettes. Bed was comfortable but pillows need an update
