It was fun but glad to be home. Only half the escalators works, only two elevators were operating. Most of the restaurant weren't open. The staff was very short tempered and rude. It's was in a great location.

Central Beds were not comfortable and while we booked two queens we ended up with two full size beds. Central location close to a lot of great restaurants and activities.

Good They did not clean our room. When I checked to see why they indicated I opted out. I was not asked at check in if I did or did not want housekeeping. They didn't take any responsibility for it possibly being their mistake. The desk clerk did not offer any assistance, I had to ask for additional towels. She indicated housekeeping would deliver them shortly. After waiting 20 minutes I called the front desk and this time I was treated better and they indicated towels would be delivered shortly.
