everything was excellent but our room had a bathroom that we really could not fit through the door not meant for large people had to open shower door step in and then to bathroom w that was not good maybe change door so it opens out thank you your feedback will be nice we loved our stay except that
The customer service from the front desk and bell staff could be better. And the request for toiletries takes hours to get.
Last minute decision to go to Reno. Friend recommend excellent friendly and accommodating staff. 5 Stars
I love this place other than the smoking. Restaurants plenty, staff has been great cost me $45 to check in early. I will come back to Reno it’s a nice small town Vegas is to chaotic.
