I’ve never seen a hotel with a lower shower head. It was chest high and I’m only 5’9” tall.

The property itself was fine tho the casino seems to have less slot machines than ever before. Restrooms were clean. The area outside the casino has become sketchier with other casinos having closed. I guess they decided closing their buffet during covid was a good permanent move.... i missed it.... one of the reasons i enjoyed staying there. Bring back the buffet....we walked over to "J" for their buffet. Millies restaurant is closed tue/wed.... would have preferred breakfast there but had to go with Cafe Central which seem... read more

Staff is very friendly
El Dorado was a nice place to spend a night Check in was a breeze and the gal who helped us was a great representative of your company. It was as we expected. We stayed only 1 night. Price was right and booked last minute.
Our room had been remodeled
Shuttle service was confusing and not prompt as we were told. We used taxi service after waiting too long for the shuttle. Seemed like what we were told at bell desk wasn’t the way it worked.
