Check in process was actually good. Having our room refreshed daily was a pleasant surprise. All the additional charges expected but will keep me thinking hard about coming back. The airport shuttle being a complete “no show” with no one responding to my calls at just after 4am. Well that totally sealed the deal. Been here many times, but never again.

Classic hotel and casino in the centre of Downtown. Friendly and efficient staff. Surrounding area has seen better days.

This is very large hotel and rooms were quite a distance from the only elevators that serviced them, much longer walk than similar hotels in Las Vegas. The facility certainly showed its age. Seemed dark and cramped in casino and public areas. Some elevators didn't operate as expected and many vending machines were either sold out or didn't work. Should have paid up front when I booked room it through Expedia to avoid confusion at check-in.

Room was dirty, had to have house keeping come in while we went dinner, especially the bathroom. Either then that the food and gambling was good.
