Ok place to stay
Cant wait to return!! The Eldorado has always been a favored place to stay, it is lavish,immense,luxurious, and every single employee was excellent and kind and attentive.
The staff was kind, but the room itself was not cleaned properly. As soon as we set our bags down we noticed used towels piled in the corner of the room. A kind housekeeper bagged them up and took them out but that made a subpar first impression. Also, our HVAC unit did not work, the first night was very hot and stuffy. We got no sleep. That was fixed the next morning for us by a nice man from engineering. Loved EVERYTHING
Shower water was warm
We loved the ease of going between several different properties… lots to do! Staff were very kind and helpful. The elevator and lobby smelled strongly of smoke… did not notice this at the GSR or J. (We were there for sporting events.)
