The first night was rough because the outside noise kept us up all night. I think it is the air conditioning system boxes that make loud noises and it sounds like an airplane was outside our window. The trim red lights around the building can be seen from the top of the curtains and on the floor too. The next morning I went to the front desk and the Manager Mr. Caleb was on duty. I tried to use the kiosk to check in and it did not take my debit card or my credit card. The front desk guy asked me for my email address and that was already in my expedia reservation. The room was clean, but the overall smell of the hotel was aweful.

The receptionist was totally professional, and I requested a room closer to the elevator and she was able to accommodate me with no problem very professional, easy-going and smooth check in room was good

we got there Monday and all restaurants and bars were closed, they told us all opens on weekends so only 2 restaurants were open during 4 days so kind of boring. Also the 1st room was given to us was kind of a old looking, you guys need to remodel your rooms is about time. The room I chose online it’ was a smoking room but I’m not a smoker also it was cheaper online the room deals of cigarettes smoke all in my clothes the room was just ok very modern and plain the only thing that was nice the beds slept good and comfortable

The 2 queen “luxury” room was in the sierra tower. Not my preferred choice. If you actually want a luxury room, you need to pick a premium room. I was very confused by that. Seems to me luxury would be the best. But our luxury room was accommodating. View was just okay. A bit obstructed by another building. There was always a faint smell of smoke in the hallways on the 10th floor that seeped into the rooms. The elevators are older and small.
