I like the ability to valet park and location. Usually the restuarants are excellent, but there were only two restuarants open (any time of the day), both in the Silver Legacy. The bakery use to be excellent beyond and now I find it is not very good. I feel if the ElDorado is having events in their hotel, they need to provide at least one more cafe open at the time to accommodate patronage.

I liked that you had access to three casinos without leaving the building. The restaurants were all good, I never had a bad meal. The thing I didn’t like was the Steakhouse at the El Dorado. The food was delicious but the atmosphere was terrible. We were a party of four and couldn’t carry on a conversation with each other due to the loud music being piped in. This casino property is rather dated and doesn't include many amenities found in newer hotels (sufficient outlets, USB ports, etc.)

Likes: The room was clean. Towels and shower were great. Heat and A\C worked fine. Had a frig. Gaming\slots were good. Dislikes: Only two. The tracker for the shuttle to\from airport did not work so it was hard to tell when\if it was coming. The wait for lines and food were long and that was because they were shorthanded.

Fantastic view, very clean and quiet. Soaking tub was excellent. Staff were friendly and room service was quick. Should be better signage in garage, didnt know that the 3rd floor connected to the hotel by walkway, would've been nice to know. Otherwise, perfect.
