Convenient for the overnight stay but the rooms were not consistently updated. Friend on the same floor had a room that looked newer with an unobstructed view.
One night get away One night train trip from the bay area. Eldorado was perfect one block from the train station.
Elevators
The resort property looks nice. Room are not updated, but statisfactory.
The front desk person was dismissive and seemed mad. Did not answer our questions. Would not stay there again. Other staff friendly and smiled and asked us how we were doing, etc. Customer service in this industry is important and not met by staff.
