Room was clean. The maid cleaned everyday and came back to room one evening and the toilet paper holder was broken. We figured the maid would have maintenance come fix it but it was not fixed by the time we left two days later. There was an event happening in front of the Eldorado and the property was busy. Only problem we saw was the the story garage has three elevators but only one was working. This was like this for the four nights we stayed at the Eldorado.
