Exceptional Getting information on using the pool and where the one we could use was located was difficult We had a wonderful stay with very friendly staff

The El Dorado - all that glitters is not always gold! No heat to room first night arrival after 700pm. Maintenence notified early next am. Too exhausted to deal with workers after trying to adjust system several times. Problem could have been avoided if Management would check all rooms to be sure all systems are operational particularly in 36 deree weather before releasing for occupancy. Wonderful There was late music going on underneath us. We were on the 5th floor Very clean. Great location. Lots of things to do and restaurants to eat at.
