The hotel is first rate for an older property. An abundance of options for dining, shopping, and gaming. Room was nice. Equipped with refrigerator and plenty of space. A microwave for some reheating would make it perfect.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very convenient for the National Bowling competition. I was very disappointed in their Ceasar's Rewards program....... the worst I've ever experienced.

Property is older and a bit run down. Booked through Expedia where it said check in was 12pm. Hotel charged me an extra $20 to check in before 3pm and was not willing to accommodate even though it was a Sunday night stay not during peak hours. A lot of the restaurants were closed and the rate for the room was overpriced all things considered.
