Upon check-in, I learned the room I booked was under renovation and staff let me know that it was no longer available but would upgrade me to a corner suite at no extra charge. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful and the upgraded room was lovely.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room was hot. The AC didn’t work. The shower wasn’t great either.

They gave me a nice room by the elevator, that I requested to help with my handicapped friend. Excellent music at Roxy.
