Front desk people are very friendly It was nice except the bathtub in room 705 it needs to unclog water don’t go down and in my opinion those door knob’s needs to replace the lock people next to us they close their door and we can hear them it’s too loud

Caleb at the front desk was fantastic!
Always a goof time at the El dorado, easy check in, Great restaurants, lots to do.
Their hot tub wasnt available even though that was a main factor in choosing this location and it was too cold to hang out in the pool. Our first two rooms were non smoking but smelled like smoke, they made it up to us with upgrading us to a premium room which didnt smell like smoke, so if thats a concern they really shouldnt be putting people in the non smoking when there is clearly smoke.
