Staff was really great... I told them I need AC to sleep at night since there is no fresh air on the 23rd floor and the room was 76 degrees all night and day long! The thermostat wouldn't budge and at its hottest it was 79 degrees. I had to soak in cold water in my soaker tub. Plus the floor hasn't been vacuumed in a while. They did have nice slippers and robes to lounge in plus a corner room with panoramic views of the city.

It was a very comfortable place to stay andvrevord for a night. Clean, quiet and what I needed at the time

The extra booking fee is pretty outrageous. Other then that everything else was great.

Everything was great. The elevators are slow at best. Need to get them working better

Room was quite large. Only 2 towels. The bummer of the trip was waiting 10 minutes for the elevator.

The room itself was cool, but there was a heavy smoke smell throughout, which is honestly expected in Reno casinos. The hot tub is shared between three major hotels, Eldorado, Circus Circus, and Silver Legacy, and it’s very small, roughly four feet in diameter and really only comfortable for about three people. Getting from the hotel to parking or even to other areas of the property is quite a long walk. Parking overall was inconvenient and difficult to navigate.
