Excellent customer service experience! I already had my car insured with Elephants and was very happy with the terms and cost, but I asked them to find me a home insurance so I can have a bundle discount, and the representative found me a home quote that literally exactly matched the coverage of my current one with Progressive but $30 dollars a month cheaper. The agent was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
They were helpful, answered any questions I had, and always pleasant and professional. Their response time is fast and thorough when an accident occurs. My long time experience has been very pleasant and their service is exceptional. Highly recommend.
