I have had Elephant ?? Insurance for several years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with every associate that I have the unfortunate times to speak to an Insurance agent. I mean who ever wants to talk to Insurance agents, am I right? It usually means youre reporting damages, or you need some type of temporary transportation? They gave me the best quote out of many different insurance companies. The website is easily navigable. I have no complaints.
When you call, you always get someone from our area who knows their stuff and speak English . They are very thorough and courteous with a very obvious enthusiasm in thieir tone. They make you feel like you are the only person they have to deal with today. Excellent customer service experience! I already had my car insured with Elephants and was very happy with the terms and cost, but I asked them to find me a home insurance so I can have a bundle discount, and the representative found me a home quote that literally exactly matched the coverage of my current one with Progressive but $30 dollars a month cheaper. The agent was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
They were helpful, answered any questions I had, and always pleasant and professional. Their response time is fast and thorough when an accident occurs. My long time experience has been very pleasant and their service is exceptional. Highly recommend.
