They are a very professional company. The lady helped me with my problem in a very professional way
I had professional services with this company. I only had coverage for 1 - older vehicle State liability requirements.I purchased a new vehicle and didn't like the bundle deal and to keep them under the same company.... I left this insurance company. Overall, l have no complaints with their service. They even reduced my coverage annually after l felt the cost was unreasonable at renewal term. People get what level of service you need and can afford to deal with for liability coverage.
We are longtime Elephant customers. On the (rare) occasions when we've had claims, the process has always been very smooth. These have ranged from fender-benders to a serious wreck -- not our fault, mind you. The Elephant claims people have been helpful and responsive.

My husband and I have been members of the Herd for about 10 years. We have our Homeowner's and Auto insurance policies bundled with Elephant Insurance and we are absolutely 100% satisfied with their service. We had to replace the roof after a hail storm and we were hit broadside by a "distracted" driver. Both of those claims were handled very quickly and efficiently without any problem. The customer service is remarkable and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for an online insurance company.
