More affordable for someone on social security who only drives to the store or the doctor. Cut my payment in half and gave me what the Commonwealth of ******** required since I only have ************ much better.

I had professional services with this company. I only had coverage for 1 - older vehicle State liability requirements.I purchased a new vehicle and didn't like the bundle deal and to keep them under the same company.... I left this insurance company. Overall, l have no complaints with their service. They even reduced my coverage annually after l felt the cost was unreasonable at renewal term. People get what level of service you need and can afford to deal with for liability coverage.
We are longtime Elephant customers. On the (rare) occasions when we've had claims, the process has always been very smooth. These have ranged from fender-benders to a serious wreck -- not our fault, mind you. The Elephant claims people have been helpful and responsive.
