I have been with Elephant for a good while. The customer service response times have been reasonable. For whatever reason, when I moved to a state with a cheaper policy, I was charged the 6-month rate rather than credited the calculated difference for my already paid biannual premium. I called Elephant & was told my refund along with the funds that were to be credited to me would be processed. Hopefully it will be. Regardless, the charge error was an inconvenience.
Great company that has never dropped me even after numerous car accidents and having one vehicle stolen. Glad that Elephant insurance shows its loyalty to ******** residents.

This review is only based on my experience obtaining a quote from Elephant Insurance, and, consequently, obtaining auto and home insurance from them. Customer service was fabulous! They went as far as explaining why my rate would be higher and what I could do to lower it. I had to make a few calls to Lexis N**** to have my driving record corrected which took about a week. After the correction my rate decreased by $*** per month. So thankful that customer service cared enough to help me and obtain me as a customer!
I have just signed up and so far so good. Just to point out that they’re quoted prices are good for a year unlike the rest of the Insurance companies they renew the quotes every six months and in my experience each time they renew is when they jack the prices up regardless if you had a claim or not!!
