I am happy about Elephant service and rating. however I need to lower my rate and I need to change my coverage to full.
After being with ******** for over 20 years and the rates going up every 6 months with my 5+ points; I decided to look around. Elephant beat ALL of the companies that I received quotes from. I was astounded by the professional staff and the ease of the transaction. This is a one stop shop company!
Were very pleased with Elephant Insurance. The app is easy to navigate and you can print your ID cards from the app which is nice and very convenient. Every time weve had a question, the customer service provided was always top notch! We always highly recommend Elephant Insurance to our friends and family. They definitely care about their customers and work hard to provide excellent service.
