A wonderful insurance company to have for all of your needs. Even offers a lawyer for all issues. Worth the money and a pleasant customer service experience. Had ***** and all other major insurance carriers, ELEPHANT has them BEAT!
They canceled my insurance because they didn't feel like the documents I provided for proof of address was up to their standards. I provided my property tax with my name and address I provided a lease but because it wasn't through a actual company and through family because that's how I live it wasn't good enough. I offered to send in my real ID which I had just received but that also was not enough evidence for them.
Absolutly horrible. will not pay for wheel or windshield and fought on everything. been 3 weeks and my car just got approved to get work done. the second they are done leaving. they are cheap and i guess you get what you pay for

I cant explain to you in short, but Ill try. Basically had a policy $136 a mouth. Got a new car, tried to switch policy over to new car. Called from new car lot. Got a woman with a heavy accent. I knew something was wrong she charged me $6. Went back to pay my bill. It was $1300. I called and the insurance representative couldnt fix and get it below $600. No way Im paying now they want $900. Unreasonable Driver Removal Policy I contacted Elephant Insurance to remove two of my adult children from my auto policy. One is moving to **********, ** and will be using public transportation, and the other is living in ****** for the year. Neither drives or needs auto coverage.Elephant refused to remove them unless I could provide proof that they have insurance with another provider. Elephant insurance is crooked. If you need coverage right away I guess you should sign on but please dont stop looking. I promise they will find some way to add fees. Dont trust the portal because when you rely on making changes to save money elephant will blame it on the portal. And what ever you do on the portal take screenshots.Hard to speak to live agents and they are rude and sarcastic
Giving you 1 star only because you sent me an email stating I owe you ****** but I have on my elephant app that I owe you ******.Not sure why youre adding an extra 10 dollars? For being late? Or? My experience with Elephant Insurance has been a complete disaster. I filed two claims (front and rear bumper) with over $7,100 in estimated damage, and I still dont have clear answers or even basic follow-through from them.-Terrible communication: Ive been calling and emailing all week.
