We had a great experience! We brought our sweet old man, Bugsey, in due to a venomous snake bite. He had already been to the local vet and I was not pleased with the care plan so I decided to bring him here. While we had a bit of a long wait I knew this meant he was at least stable enough and so we waited patiently. He got great care and while he still felt puny when I picked him up the next day, he has made a near full recovery now. We are so thankful for your expertise and care!

My 6 week old kitten dislocated her hip, like any new parent I was frantic and prepared for the worst. I just moved to Plano from out of state 2 days before my kittens injury, I didn’t know any vets in the area and my animals regular veterinarian is 2 hours away. They did an amazing job at putting both me and my kitten at ease. Everyone I spoke to was as sweet as they could be. Highly recommend!!!

They took such good care of my precious Louie. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and stayed with them for about 24 + hours. He is now home resting and doing well. The doctors and techs are so caring and informative.

Great experience. We had to take our dog in after midnight for a large cut on her face. We saw many other dogs and cats coming and going. The staff was friendly and all are definite animal lovers. Check in was fast and they were taking all animals back to exam rooms within minutes. I would highly recommend this facility and won’t hesitate coming back. ❤️👍

Have used this facility before. Yesterday’s emergency visit with my cat was very positive, although there was an extremely long wait, the outcome was very positive.
