This is no longer Reliant, it is HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Austin on Ben White. Great place. Great nurse practitioner Sarah Browning. Doctor Beauregard has the best bedside manners. My nurse, Maria found a blood clot in my leg. And my physical therapist was great. Good food, on time with comfortable beds. And they get you back to living life after a heart failure. The rest of the staff was fantastic. This is the place you want to go if you, or a love one needs rehab.

My dad stayed at the new HealthSouth location at 330 W Ben White Blvd from 12/30/15 to 1/15/16. He was recovering from a surgery and had lost a lot of strength. The entire staff was awesome. The nurses, techs, specialists, therapists, staff and Dr. Laura Gray were so good and attentive to my dad. They really made a difference in his wellbeing and took excellent care of him. It was clean and attractive. There were a few glitches that bothered me. My mom did not feel up to Physical Therapy one day so the next day they double booked her therapist at her time slot. When I asked if she would get PT, the PT said," But that would mean I'd have to stay late". Not a professional reply. The male OT there is amazing-goes beyond his job description to assist. Nursing care was good. We decided to take her home ( discharge) on a Saturday because she was strong enough to return to our care. We informed the s... read more

I am writing this review in hopes that no one that is reading it will ever have to use it. I am writing this review in hopes that no one that is reading it will ever have to use it. I had my Dad here for two weeks. This place is like a diamond in the rough. I don't know why its not busier than it is but its not because they don't do a good job. Dad loved all of the staff and flirted with all of the ladies. It takes a lot to put up with him and he was always treated with dignity and respect. I can see how this could be a stressful time for people but its just not my way... or Dads. We just go with the flow and take it as it comes.
