Amazing staff upon walking through the front doors to the caregiving team! Every single team member we had contact with was compassionate, patient, informative and attentive. We felt such a sense of peace and relief leaving my father with them. The physical therapy and occupational therapy is intensive and consistent. I cannot rave enough about this awesome facility. Very clean as well!

Had a great time there! All in-house staff were great I looked forward to going to the gym to work with PT/OT. I actually miss it. So much teamwork. Was hesitant to do the group activities but ended up having a lot of fun.

Everyone there is kind and they treated my brother wonderfully while he was there. He was recovering from a stroke they were very attentive.

The best reviews are the ones that are totally honest. My wife was admitted her after 4 days at Spring Valley Hospital following an serious femur fraction requiring surgery. There was a bit of a faux pas on the transport from Spring Valley to Encompass but the Encompass transition coordinator apologized for the miscue. My family was aware of the 2 visitor per day rule & my family complied. I can understand how many people were disturbed by this rule. We were particularly comforted by the ability to bring our small dogs... read more

This place took amazing care of me for 3 weeks after a bad car accident a couple of years ago. When I left the hospital they said it would be 4-6 months before I would walk again but with the help of Desert Canyon, and some outpatient care I was walking unassisted in 3 months. There were days I didn't want to get out of bed for PT. They would just come back an hour later and try again. Wasn't a huge fan of the doctor but the nurses, CNAs, and therapists made up for my awkward interactions with him. Now they're caring for my ... read more
