My call was in regards to canceling my policy. I truly expected a hard sell to keep the policy. The account manager was very thorough in explaining all the benefits of having the policy. his tone of voice was casual and not at all demanding. I let him know that I had researched three different companies that offered auto warranties and that endurance was highly recommended. I chose Endurance over Car Shield and other Extended Warranty *********** me, Endurance was the best value. It was something that l could afford on my budget.The one thing that l did not like, was the 3 month waiting period. I was afraid that my car would break down and l would not have the money to get it fixed.Other than THAT, I was very pleased with Endurance.
I really enjoyed talking to **** in today. I transferred my policy over and I dreaded doing it because I thought it would be difficult however he made it so easy. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We got disconnected somehow and he even reached back out to me which most customer ********************** people dont do. He made my experience so easy. He was so friendly also. I would give him a 10 star if you had it.??

I had concerns about canceling my policy and ********* the warranty manager was so vital in helping me keep it and Im not worried anymore and my car is still covered because she lowered my payment and changed my due date to fit my schedule on social security great job endurance no more worries ******* ******* ????????
