My coworkers husband passed away recently, and she was having a lot of trouble getting them to understand what she needed done so I called for her and we spoke with ****** ****** and he was great. Super helpful and was very patient and kind to my coworker. Sometinmes a little more time and understanding has to be taken with older people or people with disabilities and ****** was great.

I was very impressed at how they handled my situation. They were professional courteous and genuinely wanted to help me out in the best way they could unfortunately I bought a vehicle that had been tampered with and it had a lot more miles than what I was told my fault for not checking but when I found out I had to cancel my policy and they worked with me to get it sorted out the best way possible much thanks to them
I received a letter referencing the option to call to continue having an extended warranty on my vehicle. The representative was very knowledgeable, professional, informative as to each step I needed to take once our call was over as well as confirming that I have Endurance customer ********************** number should I have any questions.
