I took my car to the **** dealership I always do. When they got ready to look at my car I told them that I had a policy with Endurance. As soon as they had an estimate they called Endurance and got the okay to go ahead with the work. All I had to pay was the small deductible and take my car home. It took 1.5 hour to play arond the webside and finally talk to a real person. After that in 10 min I was able to resolve my problem keep humans employed ai can not resolve account problems

I had to cancel with them since I was starting to have issues with my new truck and the dealership traded it out with a similar warranty policy, but Endurance was easy to cancel with and I would consider them in the future.
