Excellent customer **********************. Contacted Endurance to get a quote before buying a used car. Not only was I given the quote, they also checked the background and reliability of several vehicles I was considering. They are patient, extremely nice and helpful, and willing to give input to make sure you are getting the right vehicle.

When I called to cancel my policy the first time, I got a recording that tried to give me a free medical alert, information about social security, Medicaid advice, so I hung up and redialed. When I finally reached the accounts division the agent had a lot of questions about which company I'd chosen, and a lot of suggestions on how Endurance could give me a better, extended rate than they had initially offered. The price still doesn't compare with competition.
