I am very glad she was so helpful! Thank you!, ********!!!! Endurance is LUCKY to have hired her, she is the reason I remained as a customer before I have used any ********************! She answered all questions and concerns when I was unsure if I wanted to remain a consumer.
Excellent & Professional Customer **********************. The person who contacted me after I requested a quote gave a great run down of what they offer and how I would benefit from the service. Great price for all the services that they offer.
Have a mileage issue with my new contract. Attempted X3 to reach my sales person, no response from him. Not a good response for a new customeror any customer for that matter. Called again today. Spoke with customer **********************, Dianpaige, and she is awesome. If my issue gets fixed, it is totally because of her. Customer ********************** gets 5 stars, Sales Department gets 1 star.
So far there help has been awesome, thank you, I feel much better about my vehicle now!
Fast friendly service no BS they care and work with your budget
**** spent a great deal of time, patiently answering all my questions and offering solutions and scenarios to show how having this warranty could benefit me in the long run. I felt heard and respected and not like I was trying to be sold. I would have liked a bit of time to look everything over before agreeing to sign up but it was not possible, however, knowing I can cancel at any time reassured me enough to go ahead with my contract. I highly recommend him and time will tell on Endurance, won't it?
