After 25 days I decided to cancel two policies. I spent about 15 minutes with account manager and confirmed my decision to cancel both policies. They were canceled and I received checks for full refund 5 days later.Very satisfied.

Great process, called Endurance and asked them to walk me thru a claim. My AC stopped working. They found me a repair shop i felt very comfortable with because they had did repairs for me in the past. I took my truck in. Shop called me back the next day with diagnosis, parts, and price. All went really well and smooth. Thank you!

I have used my Endurance program for the first time in two years. I was surprised to find out that some of the work I needed was not covered. I would suggest that you READ your policy and not assume coverage by commercials. There are different levels of service. I was not aware of this fact.
