I just applied to Edurance and first of all the customer ********************** was great. He made sure I understood everything he was talking about and asked if I had any questions. I felt very important and I felt like the representative cared. Yes I had a very good experience with Edurance.

I was doubtful at first after reading some of the negative reviews out there. Plus Ive had poor experiences with other extended warranties in the past where they would not cover any repairs once you needed them. That is why I was delightfully surprised when Endurance covered my very first repair at my local ***** Dealer without any pushback. They made the whole process simple and painless.
The customer support person I talked to was so professional and very helpful.
My sales man was very good. I hope my service, should I need it, be hassle free. I found a very good car service company close to me that knows your company well.
