I have only been a member for a few months but I had several communications with there sign up people and I found an extremely professional group from top to bottom. I have confidence that their claim process is second to none the positive experience I have received so far. Thank you Endurance, to this point, for just being there!.**** *.
Great customer service rep. Explained everything well. Thought it was a good value.
Endurance responds quickly to repair requests, and work can be completed promptly. Endurance also sends representatives to ensure that new parts are installed on my vehicle, so I do not have to worry about it. Goldia R
Endurance made it very easy to cancel and the customer service was great.
Very professional helping me choose what warranty was best for me. I have been very fortunate that I have not had to file a claim
Your employee was extremely helpful with my multiple questions. I will recommend your company with 1 caveat. It took 3 calls to your number for my call to go thru. Phone system at fault not Endurance.
Great coverage and quick customer **********************. Covers ******************** that other aftermarket warrantys do not cover.
****** was a pleasure to talk to and handled my request professionally and promptly.
Communication between the auto dealer, myself & endurance was easy and accurate.
