Our car is high mileage and out of warranty through its German manufacturer ;however , those are highway miles. The car should be good for another ****** miles. We do all service with documentation. Endurance made sense. The agent phone service was perfect.
We have been members about 4 months; the signup process was made easy by the *** we worked with. We have not had any problems with my ***** so I cannot rate ease of filing a claim, etc.
Got a good quote compared to other companies. Representative was clear and concise.
Spoke with Miss ******* and she was polite courteous and she was able to help me with my needed problem definitly a good choice in hiring her.

I left Car Shield for Endurance Im very hopeful that Endurance will deliver on its promise. I didnt get that with Car Shield. From the jump Endurance has been good and have great plans to choose from , and from the jump I was pleased to hear about the plan and the cost. Both well to my liking. 5 stars indeed not question about it.
Just joined. So far so good.I'll let you know when I file my first claim.

Happy with the sales person and costumer service *** 4 stars because I haven't really had an experience with using them yet
Once I was able to get to a live person, the representative was extremely helpful. I have found peace of mind having their services available. I would suggest they have a 1 800 telephone number direct for customer support to give them a five star review
I called for info on what I needed & the agent was very well knowledgeable in what I needed answered & now I'm more informed on what I need to do going forward ??????
