**** was very personable and thorough in getting me started. As for the future of my warranty, we will see as time goes by and hopefully if and when a need arises I look forward to a smooth experience. For now it is too soon to review.
Called in to canceled my policy due to losing my job and was transferred to ********* and let me tell you she was super helpful and very professional like an ***** sent above. She was able to reduce my rate so I still have coverage during this hard time. Can't say enough about her if I can give more stars i would.

I gave 4 stars, only because I haven't really gone through everything. It's hard to describe an experience when I hadn't have an experience. I see good things in this company. I know that from the commercials I watched. It looked like a solid company and I still feel that now. I am sorry that I could not do the automatic payments..My bank dropped the ball and failed to send me a new debit card that I expected to be here in 2 days.
