Overall I'm satisfied but sometimes claims are denied when I along with the service manager at the dealership feel the claim should be approved and not considered preexisting.

I had a repair, they fulfilled their contract faithfully and when talking with customer ********************** to update my mileage, I was greeted by a person in the **** Who was informative, helpful, polite and it was a joy speaking with her, also it was so nice to talk to someone whose first language is English instead of someone in **** that struggles with the language and has a bad connection
I have not gotten my insurance paper. What the *** told me is GREAT. My 2022 ***** Accord Sport its warranty ran out last year. I just would like to be covered if something big happens is why I got endurance protection. I PRAY my car has nothing that will go wrong for I keep GREAT care of my car. **** and being a Veteran really Helped also..
