I called customer ********************** to cancel my plan for a vehicle that was covered because the vehicle was sold. Then I got a new plan for my car that no longer had warranty coverage. It was easy and the price was fair. The representative was respectful, friendly, and patient. He gave me information I needed very clearly and accurate.
