This is the worst extended warranty on the market buy the extended warranty when you purchase your car or truck. They are not reputable at all. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company has HORRIBLE business practices. I purchased a warranty the end of June, tried to use it for the first time in January and nothing was covered. I was told by salesman that I would be able to get my vehicle repaired at a BMW dealership but that turned out to be false as the warranty will only pay for refurbished or used parts and BMW dealership will not purchase or install less than new and certified parts. I can’t understand why a warranty would want less than new parts. I’m attempting to get my funds returned it that also seems like some kind of mess as well

Spoke to ***** about a refund and closing the account. Fast talking and unprofessional. Hung up phone on me while I was asking a question about getting my money back. Transferred several times before getting to *****. Refund takes 6 weeks and I have to get a notarized statement and wait almost 2 months for a refund. Paid Endurance since January for nothing. Gave me the impression I could have my brake issues and tune up issue covered when I signed up, then tell me no it's not after waiting the 30 days after my first payment.... read more

Terrible service, I cancelled my warranty with them within the 30 day money back guarantee, and they said I’ll get refunded. Instead I just got charged for the next month of service. I am requesting full refund

Ive had them about a year and recently had car issues. I send my car to a repair shop from their list and to my surprise. The coverage that I was told I had, conveniently doesnt cover my cars diagnosis. I am extremely saddened by this type of experience. Endurance lied to me several times about my coverage. I am thoroughly disappointed in this business that claims to be a helpful resource. Please take your money elsewhere!!!!

Signed the extended policy 1 year ago. When my car needed a repair, less then 20% was covered. Policy is useless. Trying to cancel the policy after selling the car is nearly impossible

called for a quote over the phone! I try not to do this! It comes into a big hassle for calling in. When you have to call in, you get the price what they quote you at the time of the call! These individuals will charge you out of the nose if they can! When others are charging 99 dollars a month, Endurance is charging 188 dollars a month! Ridiculous! I would strongly caution anyone considering this company, especially ********** father purchased a supplemental vehicle policy for his truck believing it would provide protection for repairs.
