DO NOT GET an extended warranty from anyone!! Its a JOKE. I have the secure plus plan. Well, I need a new transmission and they only want to pay $3500 for it! The commercials and all are misleading making it act like you can get any thing fixed on your car if it breaks or fails!! Yea Right!!

I get the feeling that these people dont know how to take no for an answer!! Trying to pressure *** into buying coverage isnt helping your business when you repeatedly explain to them youre not interested. Take the hint because when you know better than youll be better served and appreciated until then. I wish you best luck.

I recently purchased a warranty for my 2015 *** 428i Convertible. After approximately 7 months I recently had a problem it. I needed a new thermostat which according to the contract was a covered repair. I followed all of the maintenance requirements on my including all oil changes and other maintenance. When the repair shop called endurance they said in fact it was a covered repair. I had a claim for a valve cover gasket and a sensor inside the valve cover and they denied my ******* claim. They will not replace a seat sensor as their commercial says. They will not cover a axel or struts unless its caused by a internal lubernating part. Their commercial's are mis leading. read the policy when you purchase it. You have 30 days to get your money back if you decide its a good deal which its not go with car ***** instead. It cost more but it is all transparent in the details

They take advantage of people, especially the elderly who live on fixed incomes, and who have disabilities. They pull them in take and keep their money and no service is ever rendered or provided. $1400 they took, then once denied service on a claim, even following all their misleading antics, upon requesting cancellation - nothing explained and they WILL NOT give me MY MONEY back. I'm not settled over this whole matter and how it's devastated my funds and need answers and closure.

In October 2025, I called to cancel my policy because I was selling my vehicle. The process was smooth. The young lady, ****** ********* immediately sent me the cancellation agreement and told me to have it notarized and signed. I did that and had it faxed back on October 15, 2025. The next month, I received a letter referencing non-payment, so I called and explained the situation.
