Would not recommend ! Give contract holders the run around, not accurate with information, takes forever with claims, do not cover all components that are stated in pamphlet; they cover what they want to cover. No good customer ********************** whats so ever. Go with a different company if possible.

Endurance is the worst warranty company I have ever had on my vehicle. They pick and choose what is covered under warranty and find loopholes in vehicle repairs to not have the responsibility in covering the cost. An example is having a repair done through the dealership that they work with and had work done on the engine and was covered by them. I am about to request arbitration. I have already contacted the attorney general! Do not under any circumstances use this company. Take 5 oil change entered the wrong odometer reading. Because of this endurance denied my claim. I got this fixed with take 5 and carfax. Endurance will not budge.

Very poor approve repairs and then go back on approvals after shop does work. The adjusters are full of it and unprofessional making assumptions for making decisions. They want allow you to talk to supervisors.

Need something covered? Too bad. Theyll find anything to get out of covering anything. Mine was that I changed to light duty all terrain tires. On a Jeep. So after those new tires the whole contract was essentially invalid. What a joke.

Have 6 months left to pay on this Supreme plan I purchased and filed my first claim, low and behold, they denied the entire thing. What a waste of time and money, all while collecting my money from their top of the line warranty. Cancelled this today and didnt get a cent back. Weak a** warranty company.

Wont cover transmission because the tires on a 6 yr old truck isnt factory. They want may pops or you driving on rims. I bought the tires on my truck from dodge dealership however endurance claims not a factory tire and will not replace my transmission as if tires had something to do with my transmission. They are a joke of a company and just want your dollar to say you have a warranty whereas you really dont. ANY kind of modifications done to your vehicle, Endurance will not cover it!

Deceptive practices. Sending mailers to the confused elderly who don't even have a vehicle. I have already placed several removals from their mailing list to no avail.

I purchased the warranty. I thought it was the very best warranty was told that I would always be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance. A month later, my Jeep starts to misfire I take it into the dealer. It needs the head gasket. The dealer Reached out to endurance and it would not recovered. Gasket Its not a minor repair. It was over $10,000. they would not pay to see if the head was cracked that is covered. They wanted me to pay the bill once speaking to different mechanics and dealerships trying to get my car fix... read more
