false advertisement. Endurance Warranty Services, LLC sent me a confusing marketing letter, suggesting that I have a current extended warranty plan with them. Took my vehicle to the dealership for a timing chain route the dealer contacted endurance and endurance rejected the claim they said the vehicle was too old. It is a 2011 and this is only 2025. I still have years left and left and they would not cover it I will not purchase endurance auto warranty again.

Absolutely the worst business to deal with! Not worth the money, the time, or the headache! BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!! It's easy to sign up on the phone but if you try to cancel its pretty tricky they do not want you to cancel! Don't even think you're gonna get a FULL refund if you even get one. Be prepared to jump through some hoops and endless emails. They don't care about you or your situation.

My claim is being denied, they are refusing to send denial letters, also they are providing no proof that a oil system cleaner that Bennys car wash and oil change uses on thousands of cars cause my **** timing chain guide to break off in my engine.
