I am impressed with the Eposnow POS system and service Pros : I am impressed with the Eposnow POS system and service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to whoever is seriously thinking about a point of sale system. it is one thing to own a system but it is another thing to be able to help when things go wrong (and they sometimes will). Eposnow has a knowledgeable team who know what they are doing and is always ready to help.
Superb Product Overall Good Pros : This software is very Easy to use and has all necessary functions needed and it has good response times, Cons : I could not find any significant drawbacks in this products only remote assistance bothers me little bit.

EPOS Engineer was absolutely brilliant Pros : Lewis the EPOS Engineer was absolutely brilliant. I cannot stress enough how patient and helpful he was. He was very clear in his instructions and answered all our questions really comprehensively. He was easy to approach and has a superb professional manner. Fantastic service Pros : Fantastic Service from start to finish, Amar Mehta went out of his way on many occasions to help us , and made setting up the whole system so easy, he is a credit to your company and i would recommend him to anyone with epos now. Cons : It would be useful to be able to edit orders after they have been put through if a customer changes their mind.

Lukas is awesome Pros : Lukas is an awesome employee. He helped me a lot today to solve my problem. He is always helpful person when it comes to understanding my back office. Cons : With the hurricane that just hit Florida I was unable to get a hold of the support team. I understand that wasn't their fault though.
