"Great customer service" Pros: Customer service. If anything goes wrong there is always someone to help Cons: Entering stock in one section and quantities in another Overall: Good. Sometimes entering stock is a bit of a faf. But apart from that good.

"Good till system and easy accesible till system to use " Pros: I have started using Epos Now a month ago . I have not came across single issue. it is easy to access. Cons: adding all barcodes a bit lengthy procces can resolve it to add all of them very quickly Overall: Overall,i'm satisfied with Epos Now till system and would recommend it to anyone looking for easy access till system and customer support also good
"Epos agent sorted problem remotely and fast" Pros: Very much like having a person to speak to when there is an issue. Always fast to respond Cons: Epos only allow one representative from the company so codes have to be given in order for other managers to sort problems Overall: over all experience is good and I would definitely recommend Epos
"Good experience with support" Pros: I had an issue with my back office and the tech who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fix my problem. I’ve always had such a positive experience with the whole support team but this one in particular, [sensitive content hidden] I believe, was phenomenal. "Great product and software." Pros: From the initial call to the setting up and launch of the POS system and integration. The guys could not help enough, it made the whole experience seamless Cons: Nothing to say, all positive. I had an initial problem with the card reader which was replaced the next day (that being a Saturday too) Overall: Excellent! We use the eposnow till, kitchen printer and card reader.
