Back Office Support It's been a good experience so far, lots to get used to and become familiar with, which will take some time. PROS [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant today, he understood the problems/issues I brought to him today and was quickly able to guide me and navigate my way around EPOS. CONS There is an offline card somewhere within the system, which is taking payments but these payments are not filtering into our account. Epos helping me PROS The training program was really good and the team helped me process via all steps. Next was the service team. They have always heard my inquiries and helped me where they can. CONS With the correct economic crisis it’s best if they can relook at pricing

Crosville Club [sensitive content hidden] brilliant sorted everything out easy to talk to.with out people like [sensitive content hidden] I think companies can loose business. My experience was 10/10 PROS I spoke with [sensitive content hidden] about payment for the till which I thought was incorrect.He went through everything with me and explained in a way I could understand and the reasons for this he made me feel comfortable and valued .Wish everybody I spoke with on the phone had his attitude a credit to your company. Great service PROS I was able to get assistance when needed. I was in a real fix when the till stopped working and I reached out to Eposnow via live chat. The chat agent was really efficient to help me out soon. CONS Based on the experience I have right now, I cannot think of anything bad about eposnow.
