had issues with till Great customer service support Pros : All features are good to use Its very easy to use on till Cons : none so far encountered. Happy with the software to be honest.
Flexible and allows for great book keeping integration Pros : Ability to integrate it with my clients existing accounting software and little to no downtime Cons : None so far but tech support hasn’t been great.
Epos Now retail software Pros : The customer support is the best thing about EposNow. The reps were always available to make sure that everything worked 100% the way we needed. Many thanks! Cons : There are no specific defects or problems with the software.
Easy to learn I like it a lot, but I'm still learning how to blend it with my accounting (Quickbooks) Pros : It is Simple to understand, and fast setup. Our employees aren't techy, but Everything worked right out of the box. Cons : But it's a little slow sometimes between back-office and the till, I believe because the hardware is dated
Dedicated customer service Customer service rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was awesome and very helpful. Especially on the day before my opening he. He made sure ii was ready to go!!!! Pros : cloud based system 24 hour support. 99% able to get through. .Pricing was great no contract. monthly payments. Cons : Dont like some of the functionality Orders jump from person to person if opening check. Se er ms like still in developing stages
Customer Service While attempting to intergrade a new payment processing company, I could not have been more pleased with the service and assistance I received from support team. Team treated me with the upmost courtesy and respect that all customer service representatives should deliver to their customers. Overall a simple system to use Pros : Pretty simple to manage basic point of sale and stock. Customer service is always above and beyond my expectations. Cons : I would have preferred that it came with a manual so I could read it home how to use all the different functions rather than on line. I would rather have simply bought it outright then have it constantly be updated, changed and pay monthly for it.
EPOS has been great to work with and get us trained!!! Customer support was so professional and helpful to getting us up and running!!! Great job!!! Pros : The switching to a new system has been wonderful and our inventory was able to be entered perfectly!!! They have been very patient when giving us training and responded to all of my questions with a calming voice.
