"East to follow EPOS system" Pros: Easy to follow set up screens. very user friendly. Cons: setting up the kitchen printer, so that it only prints to the kitchen. Overall: Very good, easy to use, good display screen
"NEED A NEW NAME "EPOS FOREVER"" Pros: Rapid response, minimising down time of system, clear instructions on training, but most of all, the team show patience and understanding when we call them. Cons: There has been no negative issues at all with Eposnow Overall: Just a very happy customer, who knows there is always someone on the other end of the phone to help when needed.

"Good efficient service" Pros: Their support team are helpful, courteous and skilled at solving problems. Highly recommended! Cons: Sometimes it can take a while to get through on the phone Overall: We have 3 till systems with them and once we got them set up correctly, they wall work really well. Great backend for inforn=ming our accounts and reporting. Allgood.

"Great system" Pros: Support are very responsive and the system works exactly as it should. Cons: The Windows system option has low SSD storage, this is just a flaw with the Windows kit. Overall: Great experience overall, I would highly recommend it to other companies out there who require an EPOS System.
