Epos is Getting there. I'm critical about their POS but after transferring to a more suitable POS for my type of business I returned to Epos as they have far superior customer service and the system is easier to use. PROS The Cost is superior, they have 24/7 support, once they have finished with their programming I'd have to say it will be fantastic. CONS The scanner and the lack of apple compatibility. Affordable and Functional Been a functional system for my Golf Simulator business with great processing fee rates and the customer service has been very good. My business is a seasonal business from November - March and they were able to suspend my monthly fees when I'm not in business (very accommodating to my business needs!). PROS Payment processing fees were the best I came across when looking for a pos system. CONS Being a European company, some of the lingo is different than the USA. Care plan con Ok. They sold us the caer plan and said you can cancel after 12 months which we have in writing and now they are saying we are not able to cancel so a bit of a con. Pros : Overall easy to use and works for us and the reviews overall we’re positive Cons : The customer support is terrible they have no clue how the system works. Have rang 10 time sift the same issue and they have no clue how to rectify the issue so gave up. Reason For Choosing :Price Reason For Switching :Wanted to upgrade
Not a bad system however catered more to UK market I am pretty happy with the system as a whole, it is providing what I needed for the most part Pros : Ease of use, support at the beginning was limited but got better (this could have been due to COVID) Cons : The inventory management entering new products and receiving inventory could use a definite overhaul. Try ICR Touch instead No problems were solved by Epos Now, they only created them. Pros : The software is the type of thing you do require for your business. However! The software isn't the issue. Cons : Epos Now in my opinion and business dealings with them have shown them to engage in bad business practice.
Great Product and Awesome Support I like it. I really appreciate the knowledge, patience and dedication from the rep Marcela who scheduled worked with my schedule to schedule time for a tutorial and walkthrough and not ending the call until she was sure I was comfortable. Pros : I am able to track inventory and sales with no longer relying on memory and spreadsheets. Cons : Its a little cumbersome but once you get the hang of it you see nothing but value.
Epos Now Review Awesome point safe software with bar code reader and full reporting system. Pros : Epos Now software is point of sale software with complete inventory control and bar code reader system for users. Cons : In Epos Now i did not find any technical error in this software feature. Graphical interface is awesome for users.
