"Great service" Pros: Very user friendly and speeds up the service at the counter Cons: Nothing not to like, once you understand to work in layers when working in the back office it is plain sailing Overall: the service received has been excellent, all queries and questions answered very quickly

"Easy to use EPOS system " Pros: Easy system to set up and easy to use by the staff Cons: ive not found any real cons on this system Overall: Easy straightforward system with great customer support if you need it

" Customer feedback is essential as it helps employers improve their services and better meet the needs of their customers." Pros: Excellent customer service and highly helpful support Cons: Up until now, I haven't encountered any experiences that I truly dislike. Overall: So far, my experience has been very good.

"Good customer service " Pros: Quick support over the chat and agents are available any time you need help. Cons: Not enough access for agents specially with Held payments. There are some agents which affects the customer experience but overall good. Overall: I have had a good business run with epos now and hopefully it remains same with good customer service which is very important for me.

"Product and customer service good! " Pros: The till is easy to use and we were guided through the initial set up by a patient and helpful person. Any minor issues have been dealt with via a phone call. We have had this payment system in now for 18 months and our sales have increased. Cons: The fact you don’t have a choice on supplying a receipt from the card machine. With our last card machine we had a receipt printed then gave the customer the option of having a receipt or not. "Great service" Pros: Great service and easy to use would always recommend Cons: Not being able to take phone payments easy to rectify Overall: Very good and easy following would spread the word

"Happy Epos" Pros: Easy to use. Till software and card machine in one. Cons: Sometimes updates create problems and i have to reset the machines which takes time. Overall: All been good so far, a few issues through out the years, but the ticket system works really well.

"Recommended Product" Pros: Highly recommended service which perfectly captures all of your requirements. Cons: I have been satisfied with this thus far and have not faced any negative aspects.
