"Great system with growing businesses" Pros: Ease of set-up and great access to technical support. Cons: Technicians did not know my system and could not provide an owner manual for me to figure out the device and software. Overall: My experience has been great for the most part. I am still in the honeymoon stage with EPOS and have had to ask for help on specifics.
