Support lines Pros : All day your support lines have been patient and super helpful...can't fault this department at all. Happy with the system and enjoying the experience with Epos Now. Support employees have been patient and super helpful.
Great service! Pros : Fast responses to questions. Resolved problem quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I am really enjoying this software's functionality.
Hazel Howat Pros : Hazel was amazing! Really patient and caring with my problems, and there were definitely a few. Would definitely recommend her help in particular to anyone calling in, will be asking for her if I ever have an issue again. Cons : Some of the stock management is a little clunky but it's likely we will get used to this over time using it.
Lukas spent quality time with me Pros : Lukas spent quality time with me walking me through so much valuable information. A credit to the team. I am in his debt. EPOs Back Office set up from the begining . Pros : On Wednesday 20th September 2017 I was having some problems trying to log in to the back Office on our EPOs till. I phoned the support line in the morning & was connected to a 1st line support Agent. I explained the problem & it was agreed that she would phone me back at 4pm to help resolve the problem. Customer support representative helped me today and was very … Pros : Customer support representative helped me today and was very helpful and professional i thank him so much for his patience great customer service! Cons : I was unable to figure out how to use my credit card hardware. But was able to at the end of the call.
I did a lot of research before deciding... Lots more to learn I'm sure but great system. Pros : I did a lot of research before deciding on Epos Now. Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading. Cons : We had a little issue around delivery. We were on a short timeline but they pulled it out the bag in the end.
Customer support representative was superb! Pros : Customer support representative in support was superb today i had a couple of problems, solved very efficiently and quickly. Cons : we've been with epos now since 2015 and apart from some long wait times for support there have been very few issues
Very Helpful Pros : Very fast and helpful service, was able to help me install software and get printer and cash drawer back up and running Cons : I was having problems where I was unable to sign out of a demo account that was made for me, but the agent showed me a work around to avoid that problem in the future.
